Jaipur, April 16, 2026: Globe International Carriers Limited (NSE: GICL) has announced that its subsidiary, Govind Kripa Infratech Private Limited, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with OPO Hotels & Resorts for the operation and management of an upscale hotel property in Jaipur.
The hotel will be operated under the flagship brand “OPO Premier Marvel” and is located at Mahindra World City SEZ on Ajmer Road. This development marks a strategic step towards expansion into high-growth business and industrial hubs.
The property comprises 56 rooms and is designed to cater to business travellers, corporate clients, and extended-stay guests. It benefits from strong connectivity via the Jaipur–Ajmer Highway and proximity to Jaipur International Airport.
The hotel will feature a range of modern amenities, including an all-day dining restaurant, banqueting facilities and boardroom, gym, spa, and swimming pool, along with additional facilities such as a home theatre and library.
The project aims to address the growing demand for branded accommodation within Mahindra World City SEZ, a prominent hub for IT, manufacturing, and multinational companies.
This initiative aligns with the company’s objective of strengthening and diversifying the business portfolio of its subsidiary, expanding into the hospitality sector with scalable growth opportunities, and creating long-term value from the current financial year onwards.
The MOU is in the nature of a business collaboration arrangement.
